Wing Tai Holdings
Wing Tai was founded in 1955 in Hong Kong and incorporated in Singapore on 9 August 1963. Today, Wing Tai Holdings Limited is Singapore’s leading property developer and lifestyle company.
Listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange since 1989, it is an investment holding company with a key focus on growth markets in Asia, with assets exceeding S$4.9 billion.
Through a network of companies under the Wing Tai Asia brand, viz. Wing Tai Holdings Limited (Singapore), Wing Tai (China) Investment Pte Ltd, Wing Tai Malaysia Berhad (Malaysia), Wing Tai Properties Limited (Hong Kong) and their subsidiaries, Wing Tai Asia has core businesses in property investment and development, fund management, lifestyle retail and hospitality management in key Asian markets.
Metro Holdings Limited
Listed on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST in 1973, Metro Holdings was founded in 1957 by the late Mr Ong Tjoe Kim. Starting out as a textile store on 72 High Street, Metro has grown over the years to become a property development and investment group, backed by an established retail track record, with a turnover of S$145.8 million and net assets of S$1.4 billion as at 31 March 2015.
Today, the Group operates two core business segments – property development and investment, and retail – and is focused on key markets in the region such as the People’s Republic of China, Indonesia and Singapore. The Group has also expanded its geographical presence to the United Kingdom.
Maxdin Investment Pte Ltd (Greatearth)
Greatearth Pte Ltd (“Greatearth”) is one of Singapore’s most established integrated building services companies with over 100 years of engineering and construction heritage together with its predecessors. Formerly known as UE E&C Ltd. (“UE E&C”), it was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”).
Greatearth boasts a stellar track record that includes landmarks such as Marina Bay Sands (hotel), Changi Water Reclamation Plant, orchardgateway, Fusionopolis, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, National Library (Bras Basah), Ngee Ann City, Raffles Town Club, UE BizHub EAST, the mixed-use development at one-north, Nanyang Technological University and National University of Singapore.
For Property Development, Greatearth has developed a wide range of residential projects: private condominiums, executive condominiums (ECs) and Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) housing.
